Notice Cup has been postponed due to poor weather conditions, new dates are shown below:
Date: Saturday 7th – Sunday 8th December 2024
Novice Cup is the first race that Durham College novice rowers will compete in. Held over two days it combines head and regatta racing to introduce them to the fun racing can be. Saturday is an omnium-style head race where novices need to demonstrate the skills that they have learnt such as stopping on command and a 360° turn. Sunday takes place as a regatta where crews will be pitted against each other before the results from both days are combined to crown an ultimate winner.
