Trevelyan College Boat Club

Trevelyan College Boat Club (TCBC) is the small and friendly boat club of Trevelyan College Durham University. We are a club welcoming all abilities from those who take the sport up at university right up to experienced club and school rowers. The club currently boasts around 50 members across all 4 years at undergraduate level in Durham.

TCBC regularly competes regionally in the North of England with highlights of our regional campaigns including Rutherford head and Hexham regatta on the river Tyne, York small boats head and spring on the Ouse, and Durham small boats head and regatta at home on the river Wear. We have enjoyed recent successes while racing in both York and Durham for near home races, but also brought home the Small Academic Pennant from head of the river race on the Thames in London, cementing TCBC as a highly competitive boat club for its size.
